By placing an order, you confirm that these details are correct.

Each Timeless Masterpiece is made to order and customized using your selected style, photo, product options, and personal details. All sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for a change of mind, selection errors, customer-provided image quality, shipping-address errors, or subjective artistic preferences.

This policy does not affect your rights if an order is damaged, defective, materially different from the approved order, not delivered, or charged in error.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a damaged, defective, or incorrect print, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We may provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
