Timeless Masterpiece provides an AI-powered portrait generation service that transforms user-uploaded photos into renaissance-style artwork. The Service includes both digital downloads and physical print products.

3. User Content

By uploading photos to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of the uploaded content
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• You have obtained consent from any individuals depicted in the photos

4. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the generated artwork. The underlying AI technology, algorithms, and Service infrastructure remain the property of Timeless Masterpiece.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer:

• Free preview before purchase
• Refunds for digital products within 24 hours if unsatisfied
• Print orders may be cancelled before production begins

6. Limitation of Liability

Timeless Masterpiece shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
