Shipping Policy

Shipping only applies to printed portraits. Digital products are provided by download or file access and do not require physical shipment.

If an order includes both a print and a digital file, the digital file and physical product may become available at different times.

For a print, Stripe Checkout collects the shipping address and a phone number during payment. The number is used only by the carrier if needed. Carefully review the name, address, country, postal code, and email before confirming.

An address correction is only possible if the order has not yet entered production or shipment.

After payment, the final file is prepared and then sent to the print production partner. Orders may be produced with Gelato or an equivalent partner depending on destination and selected product.

Production takes 2–4 business days. Delivery then takes 4–6 business days.

When tracking is available, it appears in your orders area or is shared by email. Some carriers may take time to activate tracking.

If tracking appears stuck or the package does not arrive, contact us with your order number.

Depending on the shipping country, import fees, local taxes, or customs formalities may apply. These costs are not always controlled by Timeless Masterpiece.

We recommend checking local rules before ordering an international print.
